Last night Pishi and I went to Mohandes Election to support this organization and practice our membership rights! It was an interesting meeting. I personally liked the presentation.
What I have noticed is the difference in view of a challenge by different generations.
It seems that younger generation, observe the challenge and try to systematically and logically solve it. Most importantly the challenge is acknowledged. It is viewed like a cause and effect diagram, focusing on the problems and their causes and not looking at the historical data.
Older generation, their way of approach toward a challenge is very positive. Meaning that they reflect back a lot. They seek answers in the past and how a challenges were historically solved.
I think both ways are looking into a problem are correct, but what is important is understanding and appreciating the challenge for its nature.
Sometimes tough love is needed to solve a problem despite the fact that we want to be positive all the time.
